Most of us easily accelerate from zero to sixty in a heartbeat, but do you know how to "decelerate" from sixty to zero just as fast?
In this workshop, you will learn self-massage techniques to:
•Release tension in the body
•Soothe stressed muscles
•Liberate muscles used for breathing
•Tap into the ability to down-regulate your nervous system
•Utilize Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls on the shoulders, neck, chest, back, diaphragm, and more!
The session will end with a guided breathing meditation to experience a state of deep, conscious relaxation.
As always, no yoga experience necessary, students of all levels are welcome! Bring your friends, family and/or significant others.
